What is your return policy?
Products used in water are not eligible for return. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in new and unused condition. You may ship through the carrier of your choice. Whichever is most cost effective for you. Typically, your account will be credited within 10 business days of us receiving your returned product.

Products used in water are not eligible for exchange. Products must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase in new and unused condition. You may ship through the carrier of your choice. Whichever is most cost effective for you. Water Aerobics Shop will pay for the delivery of your replacement product. If the replacement product is of lesser value than the exchanged product your account will be credited within approximately 10 business days.
